My freshman year of high school in 2009, Peter and I were in the same Spanish class, and Peter quickly became my tutor when he saw me struggling with the material.

I knew I wanted to make my own cake ever since I got into the baking business when I was 15. It was citrus cake with lemon curd filling.

Being the horse- and rodeo-loving people that we are, we were going to a rodeo on April Fool’s day. But first at my mom’s house, Camp stops the car and asks me if I want to see my horses before we leave.

Our favorite moment of the wedding day was definitely getting to see each other for the first time.

When we started dating our senior year, I (Eli) started keeping little memories throughout our relationship like concert tickets and notes.
